We are Tampa Bay's nonprofit innovation engine, building the systems founders need to launch, grow, and stay in the region.
01OUR FOUNDATION
BŪP INNO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that aligns founders, mentors, and partners into a year-round Venture Studio. We give founders ongoing access to community, mentorship, practical building support, and pathways to capital.
Our mission is to strengthen Tampa Bay's innovation economy by helping first-time, under-resourced, and nontechnical founders move from early idea to durable local company.

Martika Brianne Jones
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Martika is the Founder and CEO of BŪP®, an AI-driven lead nurturing platform for sales teams, and a seasoned ecosystem builder. She has served as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence designing innovation programming for nonprofit entities. She now serves as the Executive Director of BŪP INNO, a Tampa-based nonprofit dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial growth and supporting under-resourced founders.
